Services

Imagine Fostering is a child placing agency, licensed through the Virginia Department of Social Services. Our agency approves qualified foster homes that can improve the lives of children in Virginia’s foster care system. Imagine Fostering will then provide case management services to the child placed in the approved foster home. Our team works alongside our foster homes to promote permanency, safety and healing for the children in our program.

Mission

The mission of Imagine Fostering Inc., is to identify, train, and support families to help children who have been displaced from their families of origin due to abuse, neglect, or other forms of trauma. The agency will provide needed support and assistance to families who are aiding children making these difficult transitions. It is the ultimate goal of this program to help the children be as healthy and happy as possible despite the significant loss that has led them to this point in their lives. To do so, the staff of Imagine Fostering Inc. will provide quality case management in terms of assessment, referral, treatment planning, and 24 crisis support services.
